What size should I order?

We offer a standard Pakistani size in meter with long bar/gaz. If you’re unsure, contact us with your measurements and we’ll recommend the best fit in two pieces, three pieces.

Are the colors exactly as shown in the pictures?

We try our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen resolution, and photographic effects, there might be a slight variation in shade. If you have concerns, please ask before placing your order.

Will the design exactly match the pictures?

Yes, the design, embroidery, and embellishments will be the same as shown, but minor variations may occur in lace, buttons, or motifs depending on availability. Handcrafted and artisan items may have slight natural differences.

Do you offer stitched and unstitched options?

Yes, we do offer stitching services separately from the product price. Stitching charges vary depending on the design and type of suit. The final rate will be confirmed once you select a suit and discuss your requirements with us.

  • Stitching Timeframe: Typically takes 5 to 10 working days after confirmation.

  • Customization: Any specific accessories (laces, buttons, linings, embellishments, etc.) requested by the client will be provided at an additional cost and must be paid for by the client.

  • Consultation: Our team will assist you in finalizing the stitching details, sizes, and add-ons as per your preference.

We aim to ensure a perfect fit and style tailored to your needs.

Is there a guarantee on your products?

We ensure all items are checked for quality before dispatch. However, we do not offer a guarantee on fabric wear and tear after usage. If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance. if you are not satisfied from designs or color, the product will be replace with other designs and color on behalf of client courier charges.

How do I care for my clothes?

  • Dry clean preferred, especially for embroidered or delicate items.

  • For casual wear: Hand wash separately in cold water.

  • Do not bleach or use strong detergents.

  • Iron clothes inside-out on low heat, especially embellished areas.

Will the fabric shrink or bleed color?

We recommend following care instructions to avoid shrinking or color bleeding. Most fabrics are pre-shrunk, but natural cotton or lawn may slightly shrink after the first wash.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Only exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Custom-stitched or sale items are not eligible. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp. You can track it on our website or through the courier’s portal.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery charges and times vary by country. Please check our Shipping Policy or contact us for a quote.
