2. Products & Pricing

• We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
• Discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for regular and premium, Bank Transfers, and Online Payments via Jazzcash and Easypaysa.
• Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched (except COD orders).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan within 2-4 business days, depending on the location.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues) are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product from premium customers only.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Customized stitched outfits and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment.
• Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled.

7. Intellectual Property

• All images, designs, logos, and content on our website are owned by RichWear and cannot be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages caused by the use of our products or website.
• We are not liable for any delays, errors, or interruptions in website access due to technical issues.

9. Privacy & Security

• We respect your privacy and protect your data as per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not store or share payment details.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pakistan.
